"A lot of smiles as well as genuine belly laughs" ~ NY Times

Frank-“It’s only natural that once in a while you hate each others guts, but that is what marriage is.  Where there is a will there is a way.  We are all strangers.  But after a while you get use to it.  You become deeper strangers.  That’s a sort of a love.”

A hit on Broadway, and later on film, starring Bea Arthur, Gig Young, and Anne Jackson.

Critics had a hard time figuring out which of these five comedies about the superiority of women is funniest.

The first introduces a young man who starts to seduce a lady, only to have the tables turned on him (played by Conejo newcomers Sean Parks and Carrie Snider).

The second examines the sordid dynamics between a married man and his mistress (portrayed by Matt McGee and Brandy Paolini).

The third involves a married couple who can't figure out whose turn it is to commence love-making (watch for Bob Farber and Sharon Gibson).

The fourth opens in a girl's apartment at 4 a.m. when her fiancé arrives to tell her he is a nervous wreck and can't go through with the wedding. She gently leads the way back to the wedding route (new to our stage, David Chatfield and Chelsie Billiot).

In the last, a couple who have fought for over thirty years try to save their son's marriage by confessing their own failings (performed by long-time Conejo members Jerry Nehring and Ray Mastrovito, joined by Nancy Solomons and Lois Lorback).
